Everyone benefits from quality. It reflectsdirectly on our success and is actively encouraged as a matter of pride and satisfactionfor all the employees. Training is made available to every employee to enhanceunderstanding of the quality policy, and procedures that flow from it and their effectiveapplication. Our objective is to execute all work processes effectively and efficiently at one go.

To achieve this, the company will ensure that the policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organization by developing procedures tailored to the desired work practices and then working on it. The company focuses on best work practices withprocedures defined to minimize waste and error across all company activities, includingProject Management, Supply, Fabrication, Maintenance and Soft Services work processes andalso the management of supplies. Ayenz Construction & Interiors will provide adequateresources to develop and maintain quality, safety and environmental planning, control,assurance and improvement initiatives with training to ensure full participation of employees.Quality, Safety and environment protection are management responsibilities. Ayenz Construction & Interiors construction management will continually monitor the quality of allproducts and services while ensuring that safety and environment protection standards aremaintained to the highest practicable standards.

Occupational Health And Safety Policy

Ayenz Construction & Interiors realizes that working safely is vital to the ultimate success of our organization. There can be no compromise with safety; it is, and always will be, theresponsibility of each and every one of us. For all of our employees, safety will always takeprecedence over job expediency. Ayenz Construction & Interiors and our Managers and Supervisors have a total commitment to, and will continue to be responsible for, health, safety, rehabilitation and welfare of our employees, and others at our work places. They maydelegate OHS&R duties and activities but not their responsibilities. All persons directing thework of others at our workplaces are required to join with employees and work togethertowards achieving and maintaining a high level of safety performance. Ayenz Construction & Interiors is also committed to protecting our employees by demonstrating a ‘Dutyof Care’ through effective OHS&R safety system and risk management strategies and theapplication of Industry-based Standard OHS&R procedures. All Employees, other persons andorganizations are required to unite with us in joint objectives, which are: To create and maintain a safe, healthy and productive workplace environment and proceduresfor all persons at our places of work, against risks to their health, safety or welfare arising out of our work activities; To create and maintain continuous improvement strategies, systematically managing toensure proactive hazard controls and legitimate implementation of our Policies andProcedures to the Industry-based OHS&R Standard for safety system and Risk Management; Zo ensure compliance with the OH&S Act, Associated Acts, referenced Industry Codes ofPractice and referenced Standards.Employees are required by law under a Duty of care of their health and safety, and that of theirfellow workers to the extent of their capabilities, by following all safety rules, procedures andinstructions, and by reporting all hazards, injuries or ill health. Employees must not misusesafety equipment.
